200 Women Leaders, One Room: ISOUL Brings Its Award Ceremony to Paris

Roughly 200 women leaders will gather in Paris on October 3, 2026, for the first European edition of the ISOUL Women Leadership Award — the international community’s flagship ceremony after two prior editions in the US.

ISOUL launched the award in San Francisco in 2025 and ran a second edition in Los Angeles in March 2026. Paris marks its first flagship ceremony outside the US and the next step in the organization’s international expansion. The event will bring together founders, investors, board members, fund managers and creators who lead companies, back new ventures, and shape culture across sectors and borders.

From Silicon Valley to Paris

ISOUL was founded by Jane Milovanova, a Silicon Valley-based serial entrepreneur who has built three global businesses spanning tech, education and community platforms, raised and managed over $1M in investments, and previously ran an AI-driven EdTech company and an IT university.

She’s also behind an AI-powered networking app and a women’s business accelerator, and now speaks internationally on the same themes ISOUL was built around: AI, innovation and scalable ecosystems for women leaders.

ISOUL itself describes its mission as building a global ecosystem that supports women “at every stage of growth,” turning vision into impact and giving their leadership a bigger stage. The community now counts more than 5,000 followers across 29 countries, has run over 512 events, and has roughly 200 active annual memberships.

Eight awards, eight winners

The Paris ceremony will hand out awards across eight categories, spanning entrepreneurship, investment, innovation, influence and social impact:

• Entrepreneur of the Year
• Impact in Women’s Lives
• Fashion Icon of the Year

The Los Angeles edition’s honorees included Oksana Tsvigun, Annie Semenova, La Keisha Landrum Pierre, Kim Baituken, Anna Chernikova, Nina Svet and Fatima Nasir Bachkami, drawn from business, entrepreneurship, investment, innovation and social impact.

Who’s in the room

The guest list is capped at around 200 and curated to include founders and CEOs, investors and angel investors, board members, fund managers, entrepreneurs, and creators with audiences above one million followers — the kind of mix designed to produce cross-border deals and partnerships rather than just photo ops.

The evening runs in four stages: red-carpet arrivals with press and sponsor visibility, keynotes and leadership talks on the main stage, the award ceremony itself, and a networking dinner. The venue hasn’t been named publicly yet.
