Berlin’s Warehousing1 Launches Customer Portal for E-Commerce Success
Warehousing1, the Berlin-based logistics startup for efficient e-commerce fulfilment, has launched its new customer portal that enables e-commerce shops to offer a best-in-class after-sales experience to shoppers.
Warehousing1’s customer portal empowers end-customers to track, change and return online orders quickly and reduces customer service efforts on the part of the online shop.
Warehousing1: Europe’s Leading Fulfilment Network Since 2018
Warehousing1 was founded in 2018 by Nico Szeli, Nils Aschmann and Fabian Sedlmayr. Warehousing1 is one of Europe’s most extensive warehousing and fulfilment networks, with over 1,000 locations.
In April 2022, Warehousing1 raised €10M as Series A.
Companies can use the innovative platform to find suitable warehouse logistics solutions at any site, manage them digitally and optimize processes efficiently. Warehousing1 offers flexible and scalable e-commerce fulfilment & warehousing solutions through a broad network of world-class warehousing and fulfilment locations.
The startup has already won over 500 companies as customers and the support of renowned investors.
Seamless After-Sales Experience: Customizable Portal for E-Commerce
The new customer portal is a 24/7 self-service solution that gives end customers complete control over their orders. It is designed for small- and medium-sized merchants who sell products with high return rates and want to offer a seamless after-sales experience.
The customer portal is available as a grey or white-label solution. White-label solutions can be integrated into an online shop’s website while reflecting a brand’s corporate design.
Users conveniently log in with their order number and postal code without creating an account. In the portal, they can access self-service features such as order management, real-time tracking, cancellation, return, refund, exchange, FAQs and chat features. Online shops can improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by providing convenience and transparency.
Under the leadership of CTPO Leandro Loiacono, previously Group CTO of the French startup Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), Warehousing1 continues to develop its eCommerce software suite.
Warehousing1 enables the integration of various shop systems with warehouse management systems. In doing so, the company is digitalizing the management of the entire fulfilment process, even for systems and system combinations where the options for digital control were previously limited. The latest launch complements the existing suite of after-sales logistics solutions in its product portfolio.
Warehousing1’s e-commerce software solutions include:
- Inventory management
- Order management
- Process automation
- Self-service returns solutions
- Complete data transparency across the fulfilment process
The launch of our customer portal is the latest step for Warehousing1 towards offering a full-service suite of software solutions for e-commerce brands.
explains Fabian Sedlmayr, co-founder and Managing Director of Warehousing1.
Warehousing1 is already creating value for hundreds of active customers in the booming e-commerce segment. The customer portal allows us to reach additional companies looking to empower their customers.
