Many Bank customers use our app day-to-day. Being in line with our strategy, we wish to develop the functionalities of Alior Mobile and provide products and services going beyond the world of traditional banking.
That’s why we’ve been looking for some extraordinary solutions which will help us expand the ecosystem of services, including non-banking ones, supporting our customers in their daily lifetime”
For “More than a banking app” challenge, the RBL_START team has been looking for business entities whose solutions contribute added value to customers using digital channels. The important selection criterion was whether they had already been operating on the market and how fast they could be used on a large scale.
“The appointed start-ups offer solutions whose implementation at Alior Mobile could significantly affect the experience of a customer using mobile banking. ViaCash works on enabling cash deposits and withdrawals in traditional stores by scanning a barcode in the app.
says Konrad Radzik, coordinator of the RBL_START program
The Open Chechkout project focuses on maximum simplification of the data-entry process during the last stage of online shopping, such as delivery method, payment form, address details) While Telemedico wants to provide to its customers the remote medical consultation all day and night long”
Each start-up enrolled for the program will cooperate with a designated FinTech partner and a business mentor. Together, they will work out a model of potential cooperation.
During the RBL_START program, they will have to prepare, among others, draft business plan of the project, IT integration model, as well as validate the solution during customer research.
