Just a few days left to Milan Design Week 2018, the international reference point for design and furnishing, where for one week (17-22 April) everyone can be a witness of innovation and trends in a design field. One of startups which participate is Deesup.

Milan will involve corporate, design studies, and startup operating working in the design and furniture sectors on the occasion of Salone del Mobile and Fuorisalone – the set of events distributed in different areas of Milan on the same days when the Salone Internazionale del Mobile takes place, which is staged in the stands of Rho Fiera.

Deesup, the first Italian marketplace focused on second-hand design, returns at Fuorisalone for the second year. The startup that is currently taking part in Luiss EnLabs Lifestyle Acceleration Program will be present at Opificio 31 in Tortona Design District, where will set up the Deesup Pop-up SHOP where you can touch the products of the selections and buy exclusive design pieces at an affordable price (up to -70% on the evaluation of the new).

With Deesup you can buy affordable design and your dreams can come true: to furnish your home with style and authentic design pieces.

Regards current situation, we still have two main issues: people who are on a budget tend to find low-cost solutions and in the online second-hand market it’s always harder to prove the authenticity of branded products. Therefore what kind of alternatives do we have?

The design experience starts with everyday objects

Private sellers and show-rooms send offers with a need of selling and renovating their spaces and then Deesup reach their potential customers who are looking for unique and iconic products to furnish their homes.

“The Fuorisalone – says Valentina Cerolini, CEO of Deesup – is the perfect opportunity to promote our start-up to an international audience of design lovers and experts who will have the chance to physically touch a selection from our online store and maybe bring a unique piece of design back home”.

Deesup has set up an Online Shop selling second-hand branded design which thanks to the concept of reuse, it becomes a lifestyle experience. The startup makes a selection of furniture, lighting objects and complements among emerging and historical brands, with the ultimate aim of telling a unique story.
