The startup and tech ecosystem in the Caucasus region keeps being underestimated by the European companies. Touch starts a series of publications telling about fantastic digital solutions and projects that for a fair price may help many businesses to optimize their processes and grow faster while saving money on the automatization.
The first heroes are the team of LiveCaller, from Tbilisi, Georgia.
LiveCaller is a cloud-based communication software designed for enterprise. It comes in a form of a widget which is installed on the company’s web-page, allowing their web-visitors to do voice/video calls, live chat and co-browse (screen share) within one widget, in one click.
They have a voice and video calls which distinguishes them from only Live Chat SAAS companies. Customer calls directly from a browser (at any device – laptop, mobile or tablet) without software installations, to the company and talks with voice. What is most important – the call is free.
If voice call and chat is not enough, LiveCaller has added a co-browsing feature which allows customers share their screen, so customer service representative from company side can see the screen instantly, understand what is the problem and help.
LiveCaller has 3 co-founders with different experience and background:
- Nika – CEO with 9-year experience in business and marketing. He has started digital marketing agency “AdvertWise” which successfully operates currently with 30 employees
- Giga – CTO with experience of 8 years in IT & VoIP infrastructure. He has also entrepreneur experience as he started VoIP company “UTS” 6 years ago and exited last year successfully
- Giorgi – lead developer with 8-year experience in development and especially in VoIP development which is very important in the product of LiveCaller.
Besides co-founders, LiveCaller has a strong team of developers, sales and marketing. Each initial employee is considered as a partner and together they are working on scaling LiveCaller to the international market.
LiveCaller is not restricted to geographical boundaries. The software is designed for international use and the company already has first clients from different European countries and the Caucasian region. They are planning to open local sales representatives in target markets and expand internationally.
LiveCaller team invites European and Eastern companies to join them at Touch – Digital Summit held on 30-31 October in Tbilisi, Georgia, where everybody will be able to find many impressive solutions from all over the region at the Startup Expo and hear about them at the pitching competition.
Also, there will be a chance to talk with outsourcing companies building fantastic products in web and design spheres.
