Lead Investor for this round is the existing shareholder Cofinpar. In addition, most of the existing shareholders are joining again, as well as 3 new investors (including via a convertible bond).

Per customer, on average between 10,000 and 50,000 documents per month are exchanged and processed automatically via the CheckHub platform.
